This online network meeting will explore how career guidance can best support and empower clients with additional learning needs. It will investigate:-
- The skills and approaches that build the capacity of career guidance professionals to empower clients.
- The importance of advocacy and networking with a range of partners and stakeholders.
- Pressures faced by practitioners and how reflective practice and supervision and support strengthens practice.
- The role that employers can play in supporting transition.
