On day two of the recent NICEC 2024 Conference: Career and Sustainability, a 'World Cafe' discussion session enabled delegates to reflect on what they had heard from speakers and consider conference outcomes, for themselves, the career development world and for NICEC.  

This summary document captures the essence of the rich seam of ideas coming from the conference which this specific session was so successful in articulating.
